> Nobu Beach Club, Barbuda: Construction of this new hotel is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2025, following the finalization of the design plans.
> Nikki Beach Resort & Spa: Demolition has commenced at the former Tranquility Bay site to make way for the $400m luxury development which will include a beach club, resort and residences.
> One&Only Halfmoon Bay: Scheduled to open in 2027, this new luxury resort at Halfmoon Bay will add to Antigua and Barbuda’s exclusive offerings.
> Hermitage Bay has now re-opened following a multi-million dollar renovation project. The new Hermitage Bay boasts 30 fully redesigned guest villas, a new beach club, private pools, a refreshed spa, and so much more.
