The Governor of the Caribbean island of Montserrat, His Excellency Andrew Pearce, recently appeared for a live interview on the national radio station's breakfast show, hosted by morning man, Basil Chambers.
HE Pearce spoke on several issues. However, a point of upset for many contesting the 2019 General Elections on Montserrat, is that he confirmed that funds are available and waiting and projects are on the table to take Montserrat forward,
