The Montserrat Volcano Observatory (MVO) Announce Soufriere Hills Volcano 25th Anniversary Abstract Submissions Deadline

The Montserrat Volcano Observatory (MVO) have announced that they are currently accepting abstracts  for the SHV25 Conference, 20-24 July, 2020 in Montserrat, West Indies. All submissions can be made here via this link: http://shv25.com/online-submissions/submitting-an-abstract/. 

The deadline is March 31st 2020.

The theme of the conference this year is, ' Opportunities from Disaster : Lessons from 25 years living with the volcano'.  Each day will be focused on 1 of 4 sub-themes.

1. Science into disaster risk reduction 2.  Learning from the past 3. Cultures of Communication 4. Resources for future resilience.
