TORONTO - Lavelle, Toronto’s premier rooftop destination, announced today the launch of a new sushi bar experience in the dining room of its 13,000 sq. ft luxury venue. Guests can now enjoy handmade sushi including Nigiri, Sashimi and Maki rolls at the sushi bar or in the luxe dining room of Lavelle.

Curated by Executive Chef Andrew Nelson, the sushi bar is a marriage between the new French and Japanese fusion menu. The menu will take traditional Japanese favourites and add a contemporary twist, featuring signature dishes including: Spicy Tuna Roll; Green Dragon Roll; California Roll; Spicy Hamachi; Shrimp Tempura; Sweet Potato Roll; and Ume & Cucumber Roll.

In addition to the sushi bar, Lavelle’s pools are now open to the public for the first time ever, allowing guests to swim without a membership card. Daily rates to access the pool are $40 CDN plus applicable taxes. Seasonal private memberships are also available for $200 CDN plus applicable taxes and include priority seating, line bypass, towel & daybed service and pool access throughout the summer 2018 season.

“Opening Lavelle’s pools to public is the perfect opportunity for the venue to offer an upscale staycation to city-goers,” states Jessica Addario, Venue Operator. “The 360-degree views of the city make Lavelle the ultimate location to cool off and make the most of Toronto’s limited summer at a competitive price.”

Located at 627 King St West, Lavelle is open from Monday to Sunday, 11 A.M. until late, with pool hours from 11 A.M to 7 P.M. daily. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 11 A.M to 3 P.M. and reservations can be made for lunch, dinner and cabana service every day of the week. Saturday evenings are primarily reservation only.
