In Spirit of Ramadan: Paramount launches Meal Donation Campaign

Things are looking up this Ramadan, marking the first year since 2019 that communities can come together and celebrate the holiday safely. In the spirit of Ramadan, Paramount Fine Foods is launching Middle Eastern inspired meal platters to commemorate the holiday, and an opportunity to pay it forward through meal donations to those in need.

“Excitement is in the air, as families and friends can finally celebrate Ramadan and Eid al-Fi together this year,” comments Mohamad Fakih, CEO of Paramount Fine Foods. “Ramadan is a time for reflection, connection, and charity, so we’re excited to offer celebratory meal platters perfect for breaking fast together. Beyond the dining experience, our customers can also feel good about helping to support their community through tiptap pay donations that will be used to feed people in need in our communities. 

The restaurant is offering unique meal platters featuring Middle Eastern classics including a variety of halal meats, fattoush salad, cauliflower arnabeet, lentil soup, and baklava. There is something for everyone to enjoy!

Paramount is eager to help those who want to commemorate the breaking of their fast with delicious food but lack the means to do so. During Ramadan, guests are encouraged to donate $2, $5, or $10 through tiptap pay, prompted at storefront locations. Donations will be used to provide hot meals to people in need across all faiths including mosques and homeless shelters throughout the region.

Using the proceeds raised towards food purchases, the staff and volunteers at Paramount Fine Foods will be donating their time to prepare meal donations all month long and ensuring that those less fortunate have a seat the table this year.

Last Ramadan Paramount Fine Foods donate more than 10,000 meals, with a goal to exceed this amount in 2022 with support of guests and community members.

The Ramadan menu will be available for both dine-in and take-out throughout the month of April using the restaurant’s ordering site paramountfinefoodsmenu.com.
