The St. Patrick's Cooperative Credit Union will be holding a public auction for the sale of property located in Mongo Hill legally described as Block L4/22 Parcel 87, Registration Section: St. Johns. The auction will be held on Friday 25th June, 2021 at 10 a.m. on site of the said property.
The property comprises land bounded to the north by B /P L4 /22 /86; to the east by Mongo Hill access road. To the south and west by right of way (row). The land covers 3,485 sq ft.
On the land there is a building of approx. 1,7 69 sq ft consisting of two stories. The upper floor comprises a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an uncovered patio. The lower story comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and living and dining area.
The property can be accessed by the Mongo Hill road via the St. John's or Barzey's main roads. It is located at the top of Mongo Hill, on the right hand side of the road. The two story building is unpainted.
The purchase money shall be payable as follows:
1. The conductor of the Sale shall require from the Bidder a deposit equivalent to 10% of the final successful bid payable by cheque or payable in cash.
2. The Purchaser shall pay to the Credit Union the price less the deposit within sixty (60) working days of the date of Sale. In default of such payment the deposit paid by the purchaser shall be forfeited and shall be applied towards the respective Debt.
