It’s make-or-break time for all of us trying to start off the New Year on the right foot.
Researchers find that most of us have a tough time sticking to our resolutions – regardless of how well-intentioned they may be – for much longer than a month. That means by the time the February blahs set in, most of us have already said goodbye to those promises we made ourselves as the clock struck midnight on New Year’s Eve.
One of the most common New Year’s resolutions that Canadians struggle with are food focused goals. That’s why Paramount Fine Foods has launched its “Resolution Solution” menu across Canada - to help diners kick-start new habits for 2020.
“Sticking to your New Year’s resolutions can be tough, even for the most determined person,” says Mohamad Fakih, founder and owner of the Paramount Fine Foods chain of restaurants. “That’s why we created our Resolution Solution menu. We wanted to offer Canadians fast, easy and delicious meal options that fit into their 2020 lifestyle.”
Paramount Fine Foods Resolution Solution menu offers meal suggestions based on different resolutions.
For example, if your resolution for 2020 is to be more adventurous and try new things, Paramount suggests you try their Arnabeet, a fried cauliflower dish, tossed in tahini and garlic sauce, topped with freshly chopped parsley and served with a lemon wedge.
If your goal is to eat healthier, Paramount suggests trying its Beet Root and Spicy Pecan Salad, hand-rolled Grape Leaves or Meatless Shawarma.
If your resolution for 2020 is to give back to the community, Paramount Fine Foods offers you the opportunity to round your bill up to the nearest dollar in support of Seeds of Hope, a charity that provides warm beds, safe spaces and social opportunities for those in need.
“Change is hard, but we’re here to support you on your resolution journey,” says Mr. Fakih.
