MNI Alive Media recently sat down for an interview with the Governor of Montserrat, Adrian Davis. During the interview a host of issues were discussed to include the possibility of the volcano being declared once again dormant and the lowering of the hazard level. Also we discussed the very controversial issue of the scrap metal removal from the exclusion zone, and the issue of the Cabinet paper that authorized the removal. Additionally we spoke about his decisions regarding the Police Commissioner Foster and officers Semper & Williams. We also touched on, during the interview, election observers coming to Montserrat and his views and his relationship with Premier Reuben T Meade.
Governor Davis has been the governor of Montserrat for three years running with another year left on his posting on the Caribbean island.
