British Airways Launches New First Class Service From London To The Caribbean

British Airways has announced the introduction of its award-winning, new First class service on four of its popular Caribbean routes from London Gatwick this summer.
Customers flying on holidays to Barbados, Bermuda, St Lucia and Port of Spain in Trinidad will be able to experience the new British Airways premium cabin.
The Gatwick-based Boeing 777-200 aircraft with the new First cabin offers a 60 percent wider seat, private wardrobes, personal electronic blinds and balanced privacy that creates an intimate experience.
British Airways also recently introduced food and drink enhancements in its World Traveller Plus premium economy cabin on all long haul flights from Gatwick.
Customers are now offered a welcome drink before take-off and the choice of two entrees from the Club World menu.
The dedicated World Traveller Plus cabin offers more privacy with larger seats, adjustable headrests, lumbar support and leg rests.
Colm Lacy, British Airways' head of commercial Gatwick, said: "These are significant steps forward for our premium customers at Gatwick. The introduction of the new First cabin means our customers can enjoy the very best travel experience British Airways has to offer.
"Our World Traveller Plus customers are also benefiting from an upgraded food and drink service, offering them even more choice in our premium economy cabin."
British Airways has holiday packages to the Caribbean offering the new First class cabin and World Traveller Plus cabin including seven night holidays to St Lucia, staying at luxurious five star hotels including, Cap Maison and Jade Mountain. The airline also offers many five star resorts in Barbados including the Fairmont Royal Pavilion, The Sandpiper as well as the exclusive Sandy Lane.
