Notice is hereby given, in keeping with Section 46 of the Co-operative Societies Act, No. 4 of 2011, that the 42nd Annual General Meeting of St. Patrick’s Co-operative Credit Union Limited will be held at the Credit Union House on 29th February, 2012 commencing at 5:30 pm for the following purposes:

To receive the Report of the Board of Directors for 2008,
To receive the Reports of the Credit and Supervisory Committees for 2008,
To receive the audited Accounts for 2008,
To elect members of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory and Compliance Committee and the Credit Committee.

Registration commences at 5pm at the same place. Please note that copies of the AGM Booklet and the Audited Accounts will be made available on registration.
